4-Ingredient Healthy Hand Pies

Well this is the perfect little fall dessert, and thats all that needs to be said!


4-Ingredient Healthy Hand Pies


2.5c. Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes (I used Buttermilk)

1/2c. Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

1 stick Light Butter

Sugar Free Apple Butter

Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves


Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix Kodiak Cakes, Yogurt and Butter (not melted) together in a bowl with a large spatula. Keep pressing and mixing until you form a dough ball. (This took me about 3-5 minutes and I eventually used my hands to get the ingredients to come together.) Roll out dough on parchment paper (roughly 12×16″) and cut into 8 small rectangles. Fill each rectangle with approx. 1-2Tbsp. of jelly and fold over. Press edges with a fork. I also melted a tablespoon of butter and brushed on top of pies before baking. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

When finished baking, mix together 4Tbsp. powdered sugar and 1/2tsp. milk to drizzle on top of hot pies. (Nutritional info is without drizzle.)
